Every award you see can be:

To select your award, you have a few approaches:

  • You can choose any of the shapes that appeal most to you.
  • Each of the primitive shapes depicts a story of the human experience. You can read through our designer’s notes on each product detail page to see if any of the design origin stories resonate with you, your recipient’s achievement, or your event.
  • Some awards allow for a full color logo and plenty of space for personalization. Others have a one-color logo option only, and limited personalization space.
  • In addition, some awards are for hanging on a wall or cubicle, vs others.

Our pricing is kept simple:

  • A per-unit price is listed at the top of each product page. This price includes the customized award and personalization.
  • For each design number selected, there is one additional $195 machine setup charge, which is the cost for preparing the artwork on your award. The setup is only charged once per product number (per order). To clarify, if you order one or you order one hundred of a specific product number, there will be only one set up charge.
  • We include one complimentary mockup with a revision in the price of the product. Any new or additional mockups or revisions will be an additional $50.
  • The only other cost is shipping, which will be determined when you provide your shipping address(es) to our account supervisor for a personalized quote. You have the choice between ground and expedited delivery.
  • Anodized color finish is a premium option that can be offered to any metal award to make it a unique color. The additional cost per award is $55, and there is a minimum order quantity of 5. An additional production time of 5-10 business days (on top of 15-20 business days), for a total of 20-30 business days is required.

Custom Awards

  • If you would like to change the size of the award or add different design elements beyond color and material changes, please contact us to ask your account supervisor for a custom award price quote.

For planning purposes:

  • Our standard turnaround time for all of our awards is 15 to 20 business days.
  • We recommend planning to receive your awards at least one day before your event.
  • Production time starts after proofs are approved and the full price has been paid. If you need your award earlier, please give us a call to talk about making your timing work.
  • We ship Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
  • We offer international shipping.
  • Upon request, we can store awards for years to come to save money on the machine setup fee.

How Does The Ordering Process Work?

  • Request a quote and one of our account supervisors will contact you within a day to get the process started.

Reorders:

  • Your order will be saved in our system for easy reordering. You can contact the account manager you worked with directly or use the general contact form/email on our website.

Returns:

  • Our awards are “made to order”, and have customized engraving and other design elements that are specific to our customers’ needs. As such, we do not offer a return or refund policy for orders. We will gladly replace any reasonable defects in any award. Slight variations of size, color, and pattern are normal and characteristic of handmade awards, and add the uniqueness and individuality of each award. Please note that small bubbles, chill marks, and other variations are inherent in crystal and glass and do not constitute product defects. Surface variation, grain, texture, and veining are natural occurrences in natural materials and may affect your copy; however, as they cannot be avoided when using natural materials, no replacement will be provided for these occurrences.
